The first sealant for insulating glass - Jinghuali butyl rubber is a single component flux free sealing material made from imported butyl rubber and polyisobutene. This product has good bonding and sealing performance for aluminum profiles, stainless steel, and glass, and is suitable for the first sealing of insulating glass. This product is used for the first sealing of insulating glass and can be matched and used with two-component polysulfide adhesive, two-component silicone elastic sealant, two-component polyurethane sealant, and single component hot melt adhesive. It is completely double sealed. The double sealed insulating glass made with this product has been tested and qualified by the National Glass Testing Center and meets various requirements of the national standard. When in use, clean and dry all the surfaces of the glass and aluminum strips that need to be bonded to remove dust and oil stains. Use a special hot melt butyl extruder to apply evenly, and extrude at around 125-135 degrees Celsius. The construction environment should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius.

Butyl rubber used for insulating glass has good resistance to cracking, hardness, and temperature, and has a good barrier effect on the transmission of water vapor.

It can be combined with various two layer sealants to achieve dual layer sealing, including two-component polysulfide sealant, two-component silicone elastic sealant, two-component polyurethane sealant, and single component hot melt adhesive.
